Brad is a high-producing real estate broker in the Seattle metropolitan area. He has earned 2 degrees from Stanford University: a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Brad has over 30 years of professional business experience, including 19 years of experience selling residential real estate in Seattle, originally with Windermere before joining COMPASS in 2019. Brad works as an individual real estate broker rather than as a team, so his clients enjoy the simplicity of working directly with him rather than junior team members.
Brad’s clients view him as their trusted advisor, someone who they are comfortable with in assisting them through their real estate transactions which by nature involve significant financial decisions. He has an analytical, problem-solving mindset, and he combines that with his extensive real estate sales experience to deliver superior advice to his clients. In 2022, Brad closed 30 transactions, with a sales volume of $41 million. His sales volume ranks him within the top 30 real estate brokers in all of Seattle according to the America’s Best list by Real Trends. In the years 2021 and 2020, Brad had the highest sales volume of all agents in his office, including those who are members of teams. Brad works all of the major Seattle neighborhoods and works with buyer and seller clients at all price points. In the years 2022, 2021, 2020, and 2019, Brad earned the Best of Zillow designation for delivering outstanding service based upon client feedback.
Brad moved to Seattle in 2003, after having lived in San Francisco, New York City, and Paris. Brad and his family currently enjoy living in a Craftsman home in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. He and his husband have 2 teenage sons and 2 small dogs.
